software solutions. This policy pertains specifically to the delivery
and activation of these subscription-based digital services.
Digital Services Delivery
Service Activation
Upon successful payment processing:

Your LetsCatchUp school management plan will be activated within 24
hours.

You will receive a confirmation email with school account access
details and onboarding instructions.

New institutions will receive login credentials and access to the
admin dashboard.

For upgrades, newly added features will appear automatically in your
existing dashboard.
Plan Setup Timelines
The delivery timeline depends on the plan selected and the complexity of
any requested customizations:

Small School Plan: Activation within 1–2 business
days

Growing School Plan: Setup within 2–4 business days,
including LMS integration

International School Plan: Setup within 5–7 business
days, including multi-currency and advanced integrations
Features Delivery by Plan
Each subscription tier includes a different level of service delivery:

Small School Plan: Basic student records, fee
tracking, attendance, reports, and communication tools

Growing School Plan: Adds customizable gradebooks,
online fee payments, analytics, and LMS sync

International School Plan: Includes all above plus
multi-currency billing, scholarships, advanced reports, user roles,
and dedicated support
Service Availability
LetsCatchUp guarantees a 99.9% uptime for hosted services. In the case
of interruptions:

Planned maintenance will be scheduled with a minimum 48-hour notice.

Unexpected downtime or emergency fixes will be communicated
immediately via email or system alerts.
Delivery Exclusions
As LetsCatchUp only delivers cloud-based software services, no physical
goods are shipped. The policy does not apply to hardware, printed
reports, or offline support unless explicitly included in a custom
contract.

updated without prior notice. All changes will be published on this page
