Subscription Plans

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period to allow schools to explore our features before committing to a paid plan. If you choose not to subscribe after the trial ends, your account will automatically switch to a limited free plan.

Paid Subscriptions

Our subscription plans are billed monthly or annually, based on the selection made at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize LetsCatchUp to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

We do not typically offer refunds for monthly plans. After cancellation, service remains active until the billing cycle ends.

Annual Subscriptions

LetsCatchUp offers a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of annual purchase or renewal. Refund requests within this window will be honored in full. Beyond 14 days, no refunds will be processed for unused portions.

We may grant refunds beyond the standard policy in cases such as:

Upgrades and Downgrades

Upgrading Your Plan

When upgrading to a higher-tier plan, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period. The upgrade is effective immediately.

Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrades will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in the current cycle. Access to existing features will remain until the downgrade is applied.

Add-Ons

One-time purchases such as setup services or add-ons are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Subscription-based add-ons follow the same cancellation and refund policies as the main plan.

Payment Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
